Visit a Fair to Nature Farm

Pensthorpe farm

If you would like to see a working Fair to Nature farm, then why not visit Pensthorpe Natural Park in Norfolk.

We are very proud to be affiliated with Pensthorpe, where it is easy for the Fair to Nature philosophy to demonstrated amongst the 350 acres of Norfolk countryside. Experience the importance of the natural habitat from buzzing insects, birds, farm animals and other wildlife animals.

The Pensthorpe Conservation Trust is based at the Natural Park, where they show visitors the importance of species and habitat conservation. By simply visiting Pensthorpe you would be supporting the trust as 25% of the all entry fees aids all the hard work that Pensthorpe Conservation Trust does.

Visiting Pensthorpe is a must for any family, it’s truly a fun day out for both young and old as there is always plenty to do and see. Why not explore where the creepy crawlies live on the bug walk, watch the stunning Red Squirrels or jump on the Wensum Discovery Tour that will wind you through the remote parts of the Reserve and Wensum Valley.

Did you know that BBC Springwatch was filmed at Pensthorpe for three years from 2008 to 2010!

Over that time the reserve showcased amazing wildlife from the breeding Avocets and the gentle Sparrowhawks as they turn their eggs and feed their young!
